Intrusion

Please let me intrude into your dashboards with my come-back post haha kidding. Yes, I finally updated my blog after a month, our laptop had to be reformatted so now it's back to business! :)

I named this post 'Intrusion' mainly because we started a new series in church today! It was really unexpected, I never thought it was on the list. As Pastor Joseph was preaching, I was like "HOW DID THEY KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON IN MY LIFE?! :O" I guess that's how God works right? Every plan perfectly executed and perfectly in time. Most of the time, we blame circumstances, we blame them why we are the person we are today but truly, those circumstances show what we're capable of- how we can say harsh words, how we can express hate to the people around us, how we think we can escape to our wrong doings, how we think we can trick God. But despite that, God chooses to intrude in our lives to change us. 

Whilst listening, I started to remember people who lied to me, people who tried to get away with it, for a moment I wished they were there to hear the message so they can stop whatever they're doing and also I kind of wanted to move on with it because it will be the consequences of their action that will chase them.

New Hairstyle

A new series has started today, called Love Different. The first installment is "Love at First Sight". I have learned so many things about love, the correct definition of love. 

"Love demonstrates"

"Love means to die to self"

"Love is a feeling, it's a moment"

1 John 3:16 This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers"

And words of wisdom like "Don't live life expecting, live giving". 

Truly this series is a blessing, considering that Pop culture has provided us with wrong perspectives about love. 

It's my first time to buy clothes in folded&hung, I was like wow when I entered the store. I really like my top, it's psychedelic, it's cropped, it gives me a summer vibe, it's mine! :D

New hair, obviously haha. Mom was the one who had the idea to cut my hair like that, it was a tough decision because for sure, when I go to school, my classmates are gonna tease me. But I still went for it haha, I want something new, a hairstyle that most girls wouldn't try. :p

It's Thrive's last installment today, I have to say it's one of the most memorable series. Hopefully I will learn how to thrive, and thrive for the rest of my life. Next Sunday, we'll be having a new series called "Love Different" and I'm excited for it!

It's my first time to wear a hat and I'm loving it, I wish to have a fedora hat tho, for summer :D Speaking of summer, aaaaahhhh 2 months to go then I won't have to think about school works :D

Flower Power

You might notice that I update my blog every Sunday. Well, that's because that's the time when we really go out and my mom or brother is in the mood to take shots. Haha. In church, we are having a series called Thrive, this Sunday is actually the 3rd part of the series. I learn a lot from it, and I think I change bit by bit. 

I really wanted to wear this dress way before but it was too short and I didn't have tights. So now I had the chance to wear it. Yeayyy. Also, this weekend's good because my aunts are here. :D 

The boy in the first picture is my brother hahaha. He's crazy and I started to love him more for the past days haha :D
